Australian-born and French-raised, Laura Moreau is a photographer based in Los Angeles, California. Her photography career started when her friend Jean from the band Mustang asked her for album art, which led to a contract with Sony Music back in 2014. When she moved to the U.S. she decided to link two of her passions: music and photography. She worked in the music industry for 6 years alongside taking photos and assisting other photographers (Brian Brooks, Shane McCauley, Sam Hellmann..). Her style in photography results from her inspiration for nature, surrealism, and artists like Fellini, Agnes Varda, Ryan McGinley, David Black, and Masaya Nakamura.
In 2023, she released her first zine “It’s About Water” printed in an edition of 30 copies and sold out in 2 days.
